Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Global Laser Technology Solutions FT148D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Habonim products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Haskel product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Habonim such as the C20SR2BIMP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC916B manufactured by Gse and we are pleased to be able to service most Gse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M36 by Manufacturer Haskel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Hbm Brand MC01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hbm such as 44039U equipment made by Hbm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hbm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hbm" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3433E8A made by Hach as well as the popular 931064D original spares produced by Haas

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 32245885 by Hd-Baumann and 44039U spares by Hbm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P18 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grant.
